A typical early morning class consists of 3 segments in an open-learning environment. During the first 30 minutes students are invited to utilize the wall ropes, swings, and other yoga equipment available. During the second 30 minutes, we do Sun Salutations or the "Five Tibetan Rites. The final 30 minutes of the class highlights traditional asana practice followed by a deep relaxation period.
