INTRODUCING AARON BING By Century Records Music played an important role in Aaron's upbringing. He was born of Native American /African American heritage into a household where no one else played an instrument. Aaron's talent began to shine at an early age, and by the time he was fifteen, he was playing professionally, performing with a wide range of local bands and also writing his own songs. "Music was something that came natural for me. It was what I enjoyed and loved so much. I learned how to play other instruments all through High school and even started arranging parts for the Marching Band." With a wide range of musical influences that included Grover Washington, Jr., David Sanborn and Walter Afanasieff, Aaron never stopped challenging himself. Even though he never really studied jazz, he was soon garnering rave reviews for his soulful sound. "I studied everyone," explained Aaron. Kenny G, Najee, Gerald Albright, as much jazz as I could find." In the process, he discovered his own innate soulfulness. Through it all Aaron kept writing. "I wrote my first song in the 10th grade. It was during that time I realized music was something that I wanted to do as career. By the time I graduated High School I had written and produced an entire album. I released it locally to get as much exposure as I could. I just kept producing demos with the aim of getting a record deal." Aaron has opened up for such artists as The Temptations, Lenny Williams, Glady's Knight, Jeffery Osborn, Brian McKnight and Rachelle Ferrell, Just to name a few. Asked to comment on his musical style, Aaron Paused, "Every note that I play comes from my soul. That's something that can't be rehearsed or played over and over. All of my emotions and feelings reflect in my playing. I play every song like it's the last time I'll ever play." Aaron just finished his new album "Always" slated for Fall '05 release. Exciting and fresh, Tender yet powerful, Aaron Bing offers his own brand of Jazz. His Century debut signals the arrival of a major, new talent, with music for audiences the world over. ----------------------------------------------------------- AARON BING - PLAYING ON HIS OWN TERMS By Century Records When Aaron Bing plays, most people sit back and take notice. Bing wants his listeners to hear the best music possible, not categorize his musical style. His music is unlike any on the current Jazz scene. It combines several genres and creates a bran-new sound. If you listen closely to his debut LP, one might say, you'll find R&B drum tracks as well as classical strings. "My music is multi-faced," he says. "It's a mixture of Jazz, R&B and classical. I wrote off my emotions and feelings. I went with what was true from the heart. I wrote and produced all of the songs on my album. My music represents who I am. When someone listens to my music they hear character.........it reflects my personality." What set me apart from other Jazz artists is that I am just being myself. I'm not trying to follow a certain style. I have my own individuality, and I'm just being sincere in my craft." Bing's music deeply intertwines with the emotion of love, joy, happiness and sorrow. However, there is a passionate and romantic feeling through his songs. "Feelings, emotions and what I feel in terms of the ups and downs of relationships or any other experiences I might go thru in life figure into my songs. When a song comes into my head, I pick-up my saxophone and play the melody. After that, I go over to the piano and start structuring a song." Aaron Bing is an instrumentalist whose music will skyrocket in the industry. He is not afraid to belt out his scales and riffs with precise timing. We are sure that his super talent and abundance of self-confidence will keep him on the scene for a long time to come.
